The beers are made from the best monastery water, selected malt, aromatic hops, forest herbs and spices. The use of rare yeasts and extensive aging creates a unique, full taste.

The Benedictine monastery Fischingen impresses with its breathtaking baroque buildings and the unique location, in the middle of the nature of the Tannzapfenland, on the upper reaches of the Murg. Since 2015 we have been brewing real monastery beers again in this unique place of power.
