Warm-fermented ales are the English and Belgian equivalent of cold-fermented lagers, spez and "hellen". Yeasts produce more aromatic substances at higher fermentation temperatures of 25-35 degrees than at the usual fermentation temperatures of 2 to 10 degrees. With a very small, secret pinch of "brewing secret" we give the fine citrus note a little extra. This is our answer to the usual light lager - a wonderfully aromatic, drinkable, golden beer for everyday thirsts, big and small. It is said to be the better lager - you can enjoy it from a stick or a mug.
